Email, Phone and Remote Access Support

Hourly support: Hourly support is available for email, phone and remote access support and is billed at 30 minute increments after the first hour.

Fee: $75.00

Monthly Retainer: This option is if you anticipate on-going support. This is an automatic recuring fee billed directly to your credit card each month. Support is provided via email, phone and remote access. This option can be cancelled by either party at any time.

Fee:  $125.00  recurring fee

Yearly retainer: A yearly retainer may be purchased to reduce costs. Extended phone or remote access support charges will be billed at $55.00 per hour.

Fee: $895.00  recurring fee

On-Site Support

On-Site support is available in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Please contact us if you are in another state and require On-Site support.

Hourly billing for On-Site Support: $85.00

Hourly billing for On-Site Support with Yearly retainer: $75.00

Custom UNIX / Linux Scripting

We offer custom UNIX / Linux shell programming and is available on an hourly basis.  Please contact us through our support page for a free consultation.

Offsite Data Storage Support

Support is provided at no cost for 30 days from the time of ordering.  This includes email and phone support to assist in installation and configuration of software. We can also provide recommendations on how to plan and utilize your Offsite Filesystem.

Additional phone, email and remote-access support is available on an hourly basis.  In addition, we can also help plan and integrate a custom solution.

Offsite Data Storage Support: $45.00 per hour
